Data controller

Free library access
Creating an account requires an email address, a password and email confirmation. Netlify Identity handles authentication and essential account emails. Xavier Advisory cannot access passwords.
These data provide the requested access and secure downloads. The legal basis is performance of the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter. You can request account deletion by email at any time.
Retention and access
Account data are retained during your registration, until you request deletion. Access is limited to the publisher and its technical providers for service delivery and security. Data are not sold.
Browser storage
Your browser stores the authentication session and your analytics preference. Session data are necessary for account access. You can remove them by logging out and clearing site data.
Analytics
Umami Cloud loads only with your consent. It measures visits and contact clicks. You can withdraw consent using the “Analytics preferences” link at the bottom of each page. Your choice is stored for six months, after which you are asked again. Declining does not restrict website access.
Contact, appointments and hosting
If you email or book an appointment, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. Calendly applies its own privacy policy. Netlify hosts this website and processes technical logs needed for operation and security. Fonts are hosted on this website.
Providers and international transfers
Netlify, Calendly and Umami may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Their terms explain applicable transfer safeguards: Netlify, Calendly, Umami.
Your rights
You can exercise access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability rights, and withdraw analytics consent, by writing to the address above. You can complain to the CNIL. Applicable rights depend on the processing concerned.
